Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, although we do our best to make this processing time faster. In case of an out-of-stock product your order will be sent within 3 working days. Please note that public holidays may affect this processing time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in Merrimac/Mudgeeraba on a Friday between 12pm and 4pm. Orders have to be finalised by 11:59pm AEST the Sunday prior to pickup. If you're unsure, please email us.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that we do run out of stock of an item you have ordered, you will be offered the option of a refund or shipping of the out of stock item at a later date.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time may vary from state to state. Generally 2-3 business days* should be allowed for shipping to main centres (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), a little longer to South Australia and up to 7 business days for Western Australia and rural areas.
*Please note that this shipping time is an estimate only and that during peak season, for instance public holidays or Christmas and Easter, parcels can take longer to arrive.
How much is postage?
Postage is $8.95 within Australia for orders under $99. All Australian orders over $99 include free shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
Due to the nature of our products we currently offer shipping within Australia only, but please feel free to email us and we can advise on shipping to your country on a case-by-case basis.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address. We will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to the sender and resend. This can take up to 4 weeks to track down your parcel. We may request payment to resend your order.
